In order to compress the package, we put the cushions in the gap of some parts. So there may be crinkle on the fabric. Don't worry. Just flap every corner of the cushion evenly and it will get back into its original shape soon.

Chairs arrive ripped, defective with screw holes not lined up. Cheap tedious product. Would NOT recommend! Don’t be fooled.

VERY COMFORTABLE! Must use an electric drill. It took 4 hrs to put together 6 chairs but was worth it.

Nice chairs that seem sturdy and able to withstand the unpredictable and often rainy Atlanta GA. One chair was damaged upon arrival but the company sent out a new one. I had to a little back and forth to make the exchange happen but they finally agreed and sent another. Hoping the material doesn’t unravel as time goes on. Good value for the money, comfortable cushions.

We had a problem, but OC Orange fixed it! Initially, we ordered 4 chairs, put 3 3/4 together, and the very last leg was drilled wrong. I had trouble contacting OC Orange, as messages left on the "contact us" area in their website apparently weren't getting through. Finally I contacted Amazon, and they got in contact with them for me. As soon as they understood the problem, they fixed it, over and above what they would have to do. We asked for one spare back leg, and they sent us three more whole chairs in three days! In about 5 minutes, we could complete our set of four, and still have an extra chair and cushions for our troubles! The chairs are attractive, and seem sturdily built. They are comfortable. I doubt the "one wrong leg" happens often, but if it does, contact Amazon immediately and you will save yourself the frustration of waiting for a response. I'm glad we ordered through OC Orange!
