I needed a decent sized nail/parts bag for my belt and most options are either too small or too big with multiple layers (like the carpenters use). this bag was just right and the square bottom makes parts easy to find. I wish this same bag were available in all-leather construction.

Typical occidental quality but.... I have several occidental clip on products and in general they are top notch. This is a rather large one pouch bag with a speed square slot. The slot for the speed square is close but needs to be a 1/2” longer and wider. Also this pouch could stand to have 2 of the belt clips or a wider belt clip as when moving around fast it swings because of the small connection point. If you have this one the back side of belt it’s fine but when using it on your side it move around considerably. I still like this it could just stand a bit of design upgrade. It’s hard to knock Occidental products I just have way too many of them that are 5 star quality 🙂

Basic addition to the Occidental Builder Vest. The slot for the speed square could have been a tad larger in my opinion, but it works ok, although I have had mine fall out occasionally. The bag is nice and roomy and will hold several tools or a load of fastners to keep you busy for a long time. The nature of how it attaches makes it swing a bit more than I like, but that is the nature of this design. As with ALL of their products, it is of the highest quality and will last for years. They remind me of Duluth Trading Company in that regard.
