The eggs are great in the sense that they what the description says. Put them in water, they crack, little rubber dinos come out, leave them in water longer and they grow. However, the "egg shells" are very messy and the water they're in is slimy and full of little plastic shards afterward. I did not even know where to pour this out because I certainly don't want it in my drains. So the plus is the fun factor but the mess and issue of water disposal is a big minus.

Got these for my daughter’s birthday party goodie bags. They are cool and the kids loved them. Down side: THEY STINK. Also be warned when you soak them in water to hatch them, the dinosaur inside comes out almost gooey. We preferred to just crack them open ourselves and get the dinosaur out without all the mess.
