We have a Bunn coffee maker at our church activity center that kept overheating to the point that it was dangerous. After some research we determined that the most likely cause was a faulty high limit switch. We ordered this one and it arrived in just a few days it took about 15 minutes to change out the switch and the coffe maker was good as new.

I used this on a Mr Coffee maker, It is a N.C. contact, I am unsure of the temperature rating on this switch. I would suspect that it is some where around 40 to 42 C (AKA 104 to 107F) if I was guessing because my coffee maker shuts off right after it makes 1 cup of coffee , but buy the time I get ready for the second cup the coffee maker is finished on a 4 cup unit. I wish some one could post the correct Temperature rating.. this works ok but I would like to have one in the 44 to 46 C range.
