It is much smaller than I thought. Windows did not like this device and I had a lot of problems enabling Windows Hello because of my Work account being on my computer and those Group Policies were not enabled for Biometrics.It works now, but it is still small...

Well, for starters, you have to get the drivers from their website that is by default in Korean (finding language on upper corner was no big deal)… I don't mind, but I think worth mentioning…Then setup was OK, but getting it to recognize a positive match is frustrating sometimes. I have deleted and re-recorded my fingerprints a few times too just to make sure… but I think it's because the square surface you get is relatively smaller than other fingerprint readers. I have a different one that is rectangular (not square like this) that works fine… But it does work fast when it finally finds a matching read. My suggestion is that if you are not going to have patience with carefully setting up the fingerprint read, you should NOT go with this product… get one with a larger surface area.

Does not come with drivers or discs for them, in order to get the drivers you have to go on a really shady Chinese website in order to download them, the instructions come in Chinese with no translation. IF YOU BUY THIS, USE GOOGLE LENS TRANSLATE AND TAKE A PIC. OF THE INSTRUCTIONS THEN GO TO THE WEBSITE AND DOWNLOAD THE DRIVERS, even then, it takes forever to find a working download link on their website

Overall the unboxing experience was very satisfying. The website is in Korean, so it took me a few minutes to figure out what to download, even with the help of the page being translated. Overall the product creates a more streamlined login process to both my desktop and several of my accounts including paypal and ebay. 10/10

I was having a problem with so called family friend trying to get my personal info. I got this device to put a little extra security on my laptop willit definitely will keep u out 90 % of the time i still have to use my pin to get access to my laptop, another reason for buying this item was to be able to get in my computer faster and easier turns out to be more of a headache.

認識可能になったら青色ＬＥＤが点灯するのはよいのですが。指紋を当てる面積がちっちゃいうえに、周りの縁取りが若干高くなっていて、指紋を当てる面積がさらに少なく感じます。今のところ問題ないです。あ。ちなみに韓国製。これはこれで珍しいかも。

I tried various fingerprinter readers for my laptops in the past, and I have to say that this is the best fingerprint recognition device I ever tried. As soon as you touch the reader, my computer is on instantly. I would strongly recommend anyone who wants to add more security and avoid tying password every time you log in. Love this!!!

Very straightforward and easy install. The USB itself is quite compact and convenient to use, especially for laptops (I unfortunately don't have a laptop but a desktop would work just fine). Although the instruction booklet is in foreign language, any of those who are familiar with Windows should be able to get it working without any problems.
