Unfortunately this product failed within 5 minutes of being used. We were swimming laps when suddenly my son said they didn't feel right. That is when we noticed they had failed just below the toes.

Delivery was excellent, product looked great grandkids loved them but after opening package and fitting to our grandkids in pool after about the 3rd or 4th lap around the pool one fin in each set snapped/cracked. Unfortunately within 1 hour of receiving the two sets. Everything had to be returned couldn't just have the fins replaced to see if it was just a fluke.

We purchased this for our grandson's 8th birthday. He enjoyed swimming in the ocean with the mask and snorkel. But while he was walking on the beach with his fins, one of them broke because the plastic cracked. It appears that the fins are constructed from a material that is too brittle and not flexible enough.

The mask and snorkel seem to be of decent quality. The fins, however, break very easily. From first set I got, the fins broke within an hour of my son first using them. I thought it might be a manufacturing defect, since they broke in the exact same way in the exact same spot, so I opted to replace rather than return them. The fins in the replacement set lasted a bit longer, but still broke within the first couple of hours of use. The plastic portion of the fins does not seem sturdy enough for rigorous kicking or flexing past a certain point.
