It took time to research this product to determine if it was the correct unit. If you notice at the bottom of the pump there are two flanges with mounting holes. Nowhere could I find a measurement that listed the distance between the mounting holes. I determined the distance by the size of the gasket that is sold separately. I am not sure why this measurement is not listed in the product description. If anyone is interested, the on-center measurement for this pump is 5 1/2inches and the motor casing is 4 1/2 inches.

It was not even close to being the right part. I think it was a starter for a snowblower.

I received an electric starter motor in the box labeled New Snow Plow Motor Replacement For Northman Stone Western Fisher W8912 M4200 W8012 MGL. I am afraid to order another in case the same thing happens again.

Just installed it yesterday. (9-17-2020) It does not come with a gasket. So I just used a bead of gasket sealer. Seems to work fine. It picked my plow up and ran the articulation just fine. This winter is looking to be harsh. So we'll see how it performs. If it'll last a few years it's a great deal.
