I'm not mechanically inclined but I could not justify $350 to get a stuck window fixed at a shop. I knocked off one star because everything is overpriced right now. In any case, one youtube DIY video and two hours later I had a working window again. This product works just fine. It is actually a little faster than the one I replaced. It is as silent as a power window can be and works well. I am a happy customer.

This requires a few common tools but it does require some mechanical expertise! That said, if you take your time, keep everything organized most people can do this with no problem.The fit was perfect, the price was great, and I had no trouble removing the old one and installing the new one. Highly Recommended!

This was nearly an exact replacement. The only issue was the wire was longer than my OEM. I had to tape the wire to the body of the motor to keep it from contact with the gear.
