Bought this motor along with a new linkage assembly. Luckily my cars linkage can only go in one way.This motor also can only go in 1 way.This motor was not seated in the home position. This is where customer service and "tech support" completely fail.I was in back and forth communication with tech support through here. Sent a few emails.They said they would get in touch once their engineers or mechanics could look at it. And that was about a month ago now. Still haven't heard back. Funny. They held out just long enough to eclipse the return time.
