The motor I received is a different Model # from the one listed. Although well built like the one in the listing, the replacement was different in rpms, amperage and capacitor requirements. Returned for refund.

Works perfectly, as others stated, it does not come with the factory style plug, but just splice the wire and you are off to the races, same as any other fan I have replaced after 20 years in maintenance

This fan motor is what I purchased and it works just fine, shipping was also quick after I paid the extra $19 for 2-4 day delivery.This motor does not come as pictured though, the white plastic wire connector is NOT included, the wires come with a single spade connecter on the end of each of the power (White, Black, Red, Yellow and Blue) wires.A disappointment since in the Q&A portion the seller clearly states that the white plastic wire connecter is included, this was the primary reason that I bought this particular motor and not a universal motor for more than 25% less.

This unit fit perfectly and had all of the connectors to plug into the circuit board. Suggest for the do it yourselfer, look on you-tube on how to install a blower motor, they have some great tips that will make the install easier.
