Hope I was just unlucky. The new valve failed after 11 months. I contacted the seller, Online Plumbing and Heating and they sent out a new valve immediately. Fantastic customer service.

The Female end of the wire harness is too long for the Gemini valve : you'll need too take a file and trime about 1/8 of an inch off the female side then it works .

Exact replacement for a bad gas valve. I didn't know for sure that it was the problem, but it was slightly leaking so I changed it and the furnace started working properly again. 👍
