Flare wrench heads do swivel but don't flop around which is nice for those hard to reach spots. They are light and do grip well. They are by no means non slip but get the job done.

I work on motorcycles which means tight spaces and needing v.accurate tools. Several toolsets have failed on both scores. Not this. This was sent by Divine Powers.

They look decent but that's it. I was attempting to loosen break bleeder screws after having added some penetrating oil knowing that they hadn't moved in a few years. While pulling on the 10mm with just my own left arm the head of the wrench started to open up wider causing the wrench to slip off the screw and begin to strip it. After that first time I just stopped and had to switch to something different. These types of tools are supposed to be exactly what should be used on these kind of jobs yet they fail miserably because the metal is too soft and bends out of shape way too easily. This is totally not worth the money at all. DO NOT BUY THESE.

Update, After using these multiple times around the house ie. swamp cooler and 1/4 turn water supply valves, I have used them on power steering hoses and a few more things. I just had to upgrade this from 4 to 5 starts. These things are absolutely awesome! I will be looking to the the metric set also. These are built well, having the tilt is a must add for the tool box. Wish they didn’t have tapered edges for the smaller bolts - makes it easy for them to slip off. Only reason for the 4star. But these are great tools and will always keep this set around.

I use these professionally and haven't had one open up or crack a jaw yet. The hinge pin feels strong. The shape of the hex heads give you the advantage of a few degrees leading or trailing the fastener. In tighter places I wish this was another 5 degrees or so but not a deal breaker. The rotated hex opening also gives you more wrench against the flats of the fastener than the old Pac-Man style heads from Craftsmen, Pittsburg, or even the more expensive Gear Wrench set. The heads are more slender than those sets as well. They are as thick as every brake line fitting I have put them on so you aren't losing contact surface either. Super convenient for working with clutch slaves and tucked away master cylinders.

Ok so the flex head on these guys makes life a ton easier when screwing around with line fittings...but the finish quality on these is hit or miss. I had to file down some very sharp edges on one of the wrenches. Its perfect now and anyone with a file would be able to take care of that in a matter of minutes but still there's that to consider. I would definitely get these over any non flex head line wrench period!

Compared to other options out there, these are an excellent value for the money! So good in fact that I bought bought the metric and the SAE sets! Sure, they are not as large (which is not necessarily a bad thing) and not as polished and pretty as the GearWrench products, but they are in my opinion they are a quality product that is just as functional and best of all, about half the price of GW, especially when buying both SAE and metric sets. You decide what you need and make your choice. Although many of my other wrenches are GW and Tekton, for me (an advanced DIY mechanic that does not use flare-nut wrenches every day like a pro might) these represent an EXCELLENT value!

Needed this set of wrenches to change out the steering rack line on my Toyota Tundra. Worked perfectly for the task. Very nice fit and finish in all of the wrenches with no issues. Arrives in a nice foam storage block. Works as intended at a pretty good price.
