I use this tool weekly on my job. The steel is of better quality than other brands. I’ve seen others break off in the crankshaft, but I’ve never broke this one. Finally wore out my first one, after about seven years. This is my second one. Highly recommend.

Would not work on my 2007 Jeep Wrangler. But I used part of it anyway to help Press the dampener iback on using one of the alternator mounting bolts.

Excelente herramienta (la tuerca es de 32 mm), y para el Jeep 3.7L se usa el adaptador M14x1.5 (como es métrica quiere decir: 14 mm de diámetro por 1.5mm cada vuelta del tornillo, este adaptador-tornillo al colocarlo no se aprieta, se coloca muy suavemente hasta donde tope y se regresa una vuelta), NO OLVIDAR QUE SE REQUIERE LUBRICAR EL ADAPTADOR CON GRASA NICKEL PARA PRESIONES EXTREMAS EN LA PARTE DONDE LA TUERCA PASARÁ, es decir se lubrica casi toda excepto aproximadamente 1 1/2" de la punta del adaptador (la grasa que fabrica Permatex "77124" es suficiente y barata en su presentación de 14ml).Les recomiendo comprar una llave matraca o como dicen en USA "ratchening wrench" de 32mm tipo pass-thru (es decir, que deje pasar el vástago del tornillo sin importar si éste es excesivamente largo, sólo las he visto fabricadas por "titan tools" y son caras), el apriete final es mejor hacerlo retirando la llave-matraca para usar una llave inglesa ajustable (perica de 12" aprox.). esto les será muy útil y les ahorrará tiempo al ir asentando la polea.Si piensan instalar la polea de una Jeep Liberty 2002-2005 o Dodge, o Chrysler con motores de 3.7 y 4.7L, la polea armónica permite el paso de una llave 32mm, perica (10") o llave-matraca 32mm por su parte media (excepto para el motor 4.7L H.O. ese no permite el paso de una llave, ahí les recomiendo más usar una llave inglesa ajustable o perica de 12" la craftsman es perfecta ya que es de las que menos "juego" tienen y la usarán sesgada). Y tengan extremo cuidado de instalar la nueva polea respetando la pequeña muesca; la parte de la polea que entra llamada "sello" sólo requiere le pongas un poco de aceite de motor para facilitar su paso).Extra: para los que les interese, en el motor 3.7 de Jeep (Dodge, Chrysler y al parecer en el de 4.7 es lo mismo), ya instalada la polea y al colocar el tornillo que la retiene en su lugar, este tornillo va instalado con llave de torque a 130ft.lb o 175Nm (yo uso una vieja craftsman digitork 25 a 250ft.lb que no me ha fallado nunca).
