It seems heavy duty but there are two drawbacks. First, it stores a ton of static, so every molecule of dust within a five state region will stick to it. It's nearly impossible to keep it looking clean. The other issue is that it slides as you roll a chair over it, causing it to bunch up on one end. It's soft, almost rubber-type material that doesn't ever lay flat. I'm perpetually moving my chair out of the way to pull the thing straight again. I think maybe some carpet tape might help with that

This is a thick flexible plastic mat for chair for hard surfaces such as vinyl, tile or laminate. I tried using on carpet but not a great idea as it is not rigid enough for chair to glide on, there are plexiglass for that option.I used it for my work area for a smoother glide than having to feel the ridges of going over tile grout.It is simple, effective and a good size for a small desk area. It is easy to clean with a swiffer mop or wet vacuum, quick dry. Good item, wish I had one for my carpet that was more solid.

Do not buy this chair mat. It comes rolled up so thighs it is impossible to unroll and to get to lay flat. It is also not non slip. It slid all over my hardwood floor. I just can’t with this product.

It is a little bit big for my space… but that is on my faulty measurements,Other than that So far I have had. -No issues at allwith this, I mean no drag, snag roll up on the corners or cuts to speak ofI have a gaming chair on it and the inability to sit still! so this seems to be working at keeping my floors from getting any more scratches!

I got this chair mat to protect the vinyl floors in my new home office. It works and looks great since it's clear and allows me to still see the original floor. The mat is 63”x51” and covers my entire desk from side to side and the full area where I use my chair. This is great because the mat also acts as protection for the little things that I drop off of my desk while at work. One thing I will advise you on is that you should clear the wheels on your office chair before you start to use the protective chair mat. If you have too much dirt on your wheels it will rub off onto the mat and leave dirty streaks as you roll from side to side. Also, before setting up the mat underneath my desk I rolled it out in my living room and set a few weights on it overnight. It helped me to get the mat flat and ready to use in my office by the next morning.
