I like the ability to lock the back so it doesn't rock. Very sturdy. Super easy to put together. Make sure to look in the box for the package containing the screws.

The chair was easy to assemble and looks to be of acceptable quality however, the chair height adjustment mechanism will not hold at the set height and keeps lowering on its own.

I’ve owned home computers since the early 1990s. I’m no stranger to assembling desk chairs. Even with help on this chair, I could not get the very last bolt, from the armrest into the chair back. I finally gave up and disassembled the entire chair intending to return it. I thought there must be something stripped in that last anchor, because the bolt would not catch no matter what I tried. As I was boxing it up to return, I decided to retry assembly in this reverse order:Install one armrest first to the back cushion, then the seat cushion; flip over and install 2nd armrest to back cushion, and seat cushion. The hardest part is now done without interference from the mechanism and legs. Now install mechanism to underside of seat. Assemble base, legs, casters and gas lift, per original steps 1 &2, then insert the mechanism with the already completed cushion unit into gas lift.As for the completed chair, it seems to be a good chair for the price. I like it. It allows me to sit up straighter than my previous “gaming” chair. The seat is firm, and lumbar support is good. I also like the slight tilt if I lean back. I’m giving it 4 stars because the caster wheels are junk, as are most dual plastic wheel casters. However, these were even worse than others I’ve had. Even on my glass chair mat, they don’t move smoothly and drag. Rather than replace from my box of old casters, I bought rollerblade casters, which work great on carpet alone, or on my glass mat. The combined price of the chair and rollerblade casters was still less than I’ve paid for many of my other chairs. So far-so good. If something fails sooner than expected, I'll be back to revise this review.

This chair arrives in parts, and you literally put the entire thing together. They only send you a small tool to do it all, as well. I felt like I was putting a piece of Ikea furniture together. The chairs are nice, they get the job done. They aren't super comfortable, so you won't be cozying up in one and taking a nap. But they are decent desk chairs.

For a verrrry reasonable price, you get a comfortable, adjustable, swivel and rocking office chair.Install wasn't that easy for me - one of the seat bolts wouldn't thread in and that cost me much additional time. However, once all else was complete, and I was rocking in comfort (good lumbar support), I pulled up the arm on that side...used it for leverage to adjust that stubborn bolt...and lo n behold I think I finally was able to tighten it to a safe stop. Had it for less than a full day, so possible I'd be inclined to update this.
