This guest chair is exactly what I was looking for! It has a clean, professional look with the PU leather and straight high back, making it a great fit for my office waiting area. It’s surprisingly comfortable for a reception-style chair, and the arms give it a nice extra touch.Assembly was straightforward, and the chair feels very sturdy once put together.

If you want a nice comfortable, sturdy black (faux leather) chair, this fits the bill. It is sleek, modern looking, well padded, firm and comfortable. Like most thing these days, you will need to put it together yourself. On the upside, this comes to you packaged beautifully. I have bought all types of furniture during the last 50 years--yes, 50 years, and I have yet come across a company that did such a great job protecting the item as did this company. The parts were protected in every way imaginable for transit...cloth wrapping of all the metal parts to protect from scratches, sip ties to keep the parts from shifting, bubble wrap and foam on key parts as added protection. They took extreme care to ensure the chair arrived in perfect condition, and it did!I absolutely love the quality of the chair, and the way it was packed for shipment. I also loved that it took just a few steps to put together. Once I unboxed it, and took a few initial pictures, it took me just 14 minutes to assemble, which included pausing to sip coffee and having to retrieve some screws (I will explain in a second).The down side to this chair was the assembly. Although it is just a matter of screwing in 8 bolts, that was not an easy task. It would have been easier if I had a helper, but I didn't. There is some awkwardness in assembly, one is that the metal frame is hollow, and it is easy for a screw to drop into the frame and it is a hassle to get it back out...that happened to me twice. Also, if you don't have a lot of experience putting together furniture, you may not realize the instructions do not always show you the best way to attach parts. In this case the manual says to lay the chair one way for attaching the seat, but that was very hard, and I chose to position the chair differently--that made it much easier. My pictures shew their way, and the way I did it.Even with dropping and retrieving two screws, and having to figure out a better way to attach the seat, it still only took 14 minutes to put together.I love the chair, its quality and everything about it. I certainly recommend it. I took off one star for the quirkiness of the frame, and instructions. Otherwise, it is a 5 star product.

This chair comes well packaged and requires assembly. The manual is easy to follow and it's easy to put together. It's sturdy and well made, and looks fresh and modern. It's cushy and comfortable. The armrests are soft and padded. The back gives good spine support. I love sitting in it!

This chair is a great addition to any waiting area or office space. The leather material gives it a sophisticated look, and the padded arms really enhance the comfort, making it ideal for guests or clients who may need to sit for a while. It’s also quite sturdy and feels durable. The only reason I’m not giving it a full 5 stars is that it could have a bit more cushion in the seat for extended sitting. But overall, it’s a solid, professional-looking chair that serves its purpose well.

This seat came properly boxed (takes a few minutes to unwrap.) While directions are easy to understand it would be a lot simpler if i had help. It's very comfortable and I can handle sitting for a long time without issues.I want to note that I'm a 5ft tall individual so once I sit all the way back, I can only touch my toes to the floor. Not a problem for me as i like to move my feet when I'm sitting for too long. Just be aware that if you are short, you will not be feet flat when sitting completely back.

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this chair really is. I have problems with my lower back, which means it is hard for me to find a chair that is really comfortable. Most chairs are either too hard or too soft. Particularly bad are those that when you sit in them your butt goes down almost to the foor, or so it seems. I found this chair so comfortable that I use it to watch television. You must assemble it, but the directions are easy to follow. The necessary tools come with it. I recommend that two people work together to assemble it. I am happy to give it all five stars.

Beautiful chair, and comfortable... but you might need two people to put it together. The chair comes well wrapped to protect it in shipping. It took me over 15 minutes to unwrap it! The chair itself is very comfortable, and I'm a large person. I'm always looking for comfortable, sturdy chairs for my family's entertaining. This chair is definitely it! It was a little difficult to put together, but it comes with the tools. Really like this chair. It would look great in ANY office.

4 stars, ,only because it's not meant for one person to assemble with any ease...This chair has well built leg and supports made of steel. Assembly was straight forward, using an Allen wrench for the bolts to assemble the chair.Assembling the chair with just one person is a challenge, especially lining up the holes and balancing the frame. I noticed that the back of the chair was the most tedious to assemble, because the pillow portion has to be pushed in to line those holes up. Once you see what's needed, you get the idea of what needs to be done... BUT, save yourself a headache, if you have a cordless drill with the Allen tip attachment, use it. You'll thank me later.Overall, once it was assembled, it was a very heavy and sturdy chair, much like you see in those offices. The material is very comfortable and fluffy. It's not real leather though, synthetic for sure, but still nice overall...I recommend it, but take your time assembling...
