Item was package with class and care. I chuckled to myself that they sent extra replacement bling. Not sure I'll be able to find them if/when I may need them. Chrystal are clear but reflect surrounding color. Love it.

Not saying anything is wrong with the product; matter of fact it's cute but I didn't focus on the holes for the screws. I needed 4 holes to securely screw it on but ordered one with two holes. My bad! Just pay attention.
