This is a great little screen holder. I just know my kids would've fought over where to put the tablet on our next road trip. The main rod is metal and feels great. It easily fits a 9.7" tablet in landscape (not quite in vertical). Our front seats aren't the same distance, so it's great that the tablet holder can both move side to side along the rod, and tilt to make up for the difference. I can see how it might not fit seats that are real far apart, but there was plenty of rod left in my little coupe. The ball joint that holds the holder is plastic; I do feel like it might break if I torque it too hard. The tablet doesn't seem to move though.

Omg what a stress reliever. The fights in the car when we have to do far drives finally over!!! 🙌3 kids sitting in the back at one time is no joke 😓 and this has been a nerve saver 😆 it holds great and all seats have a fair view at the mini screen. First time seeing an ipad holder as this one. Ive only seen the ones that hold to one seat or the window. We’re so glad to have found this one 😮💨 ♥️

I originally bought for our F250 because we haul a camper with our 3 kids and some of the trips are long. Unfortunately it was just 2in shy of fitting. I tested it out in our minivan and it fit- so it won’t go to waste but I am bummed that it didn’t work for its intended purpose. Ultimately it’s my fault for not getting an exact measurement for the truck. That said - I feel like one end extends more than the other and that bothers me a bit.It is much lighter than I anticipated which is a positive bc I was worried about it potentially damaging the seats with added weight but it’s super light. Following the directions it was easy to put together and for the most part self explanatory.Key point is don’t assume it’ll fit - measure!

The quality is awesome! The pole/ bar is a strong metal, I was surprised. The installation, there is no installation required let's put it that way. However, don't try to force the ends of the bar to something the hooks clearly do not fit. The hooks do not bend not one bit so I broke one trying to hook it to my hospital bed. It was my fault. It also extends a lot! I just wished thst the phone mount would be removable so I could use it on other bars but this thing is "military grade" in the sense that it's built to hold strongly to the car and will last a long time. So take it to your trip up the mountain or swim down the river rapids in your car (it's a joke) and that bar and tablet stand will not move! Try it!

I really wanted to love this table/phone holder. It was easily to assemble and hook up to the back of the head rests in my car. The width is adjustable and the phone/tablet holder is on a swivel so it can be used in multiple directions, which is a nice design. The down side is that both front seats (the driver's seat and the passenger's seat) need to be in the same position so the rod will extend evenly across. I am short and pull my seat forward to drive. So whoever might be riding in the passenger's seat would have to pull their seat up, even with mine, for the rod to attach properly. Otherwise, it would attach at an angle. Depending on the angle and the amount that the holder will swivel, the back passengers may or may not be able to see the screen. This also goes for the position of the back of the seat. If one is reclined a bit, and the other seat is not even, the rod will not be level across. I imagine this is the case with other similar products as well. It does seem sturdy enough to hold the phone / tablet and keep it secure. The Amazon description clearly says that tablet holder is compatable with multiple devices ( and lists them all) of varying sizes, as well as "other devices" ranging in size from 4.7"-13". It worked well for my iPhone 16 Pro. However, my iPad is 13" and it did not expand enough to hold the tablet, even when I removed the tablet from its case. I believe the actual maximum sized tablet that this holder will accomodate is 12.9". Other than that, the price is decent as is the quality, given the parameters with which the holder can be used.

This was one of those random finds that I thought "why not?". Well now I'm wishing I'd had this sooner! It would have made long road trips much nicer for my child in the back seat. If you have the standard headrest with two metal prongs this will wrap around and stay secured. But more solid headrests it may not fit. My vehicle is also smaller (1992 Toyota 4runner) so it fit with plenty more length to extend it, however for larger vehicles I definitely recommend measuring first to ensure it will fit.Its made of good material and seems quite durable. The device clamp can extend a good length and can hold my 11" tablet just fine. When tightened down it seems like it will hold the angle well. We will see if that stays true over time with use. I'm sure big bumps will still cause the angle to fall. I love that you can adjust the location to be centered, or closer to the driver or passenger seat depending on where your sitting. The biggest issue I really had was the case on my tablet. It makes the tablet rather thick and it has a carrying handle on the back center. So that did interfere with the clamp a little. I open the strap on the case and pulled it tight to make it sit more flesh to the device and was able to get the edges of the clamp over the edges of the screen to secure it. Its a little inconvenient but a minor issue considering everything else I love about this. I honestly can't wait to test it out over the next few weeks. My child will surely enjoy this way more than having to hold the tablet or switch while staring into his lap. (Could help with posture and comfort too since he won't be so scrunched over.)
