If you change your own oil on your 6.7l Cummins then you know how messy removing the oil filter can be. This absolutely solved that problem by allowing you to tip the filter horizontal without oil pouring out of it. Worked like a charm! Highly recommend!

This is great. I wish I would have had this long ago.It makes it easier getting the old filter out without spilling oil all over.

I had one of these that was made of plastic and I broke it about a year ago (accidentally stepped on it). Had it for over 10 years and the threads were also getting a little buggered. If you've ever tried to maneuver the old oil filter out of an old cummins, you know you need one. Don't know about newer trucks, but older ones, well I'm not a fan of sopping up used oil and cleaning oil from everything. So I was looking for another when I saw this. All aluminum with stainless screws holding the handle on. The handle is strong and shouldn't break, fingers crossed. It fit my filter perfect and made a great seal to the filter gasket. The t-handle is easy to hold, unlike my old one with a loop that I could barely get two fingers into. I only wish it had a hole in the handle to hang on a peg or something. Other than that, it is a quality product and a great value that should easily provide years of use.

Worked well for my application. Threads are clean enough to assemble on the filter without issue.
