This item was a perfect fit for my 2003 Nissan Pathfinder with fly by wire throttle.(Note - Prior to 2003 the throttle were traditional wire pulled on my Pathfinder). This item is used on most of the Nissan / Infinity vehicles with 3.5L engine (VQ35DE)Post installation the ECU has to be put through a re-learning exercise for it to align with the new throttle position sensors and idle rpm. The re-learn is quite simple and does not need any special equipment a google should provide you with the details.Note this item did not come with the necessary gaskets.The overall fit and finish of the item was excellent and on par with the OEM(Hitachi in my case) !
