Been looking for this type ladder for the home. All of the ones in the stores only support about 225 lbs. This one almost triples that and it very sturdy. I have great expectations for this step.

It's easy to fold up and store easily, it's lightweight and very functional, it's a great design and it's strong and sturdy. It was a fantastic value and I highly recommend 5 stars

I'm a larger guy, and the little plastic step stools always feel like they're about to break when I step on them. This stool is much more solid; I'm 270, and it doesn't sag a bit when I stand on it. It folds up nice and easily, but does click solidly into place when in use. It's not featherweight, but it's not too heavy and is easy to move around. We keep it in the kitchen for getting up to the high shelves. If you're looking for an alternative to those light, weak plastic stools, this is a good choice.

I’ve been hauling one old step stool upstairs and downstairs to water plants and change light bulbs for years so it was past time to get another! This is very sturdy, you do have to push but I like that I feel when it’s locked in place. The feet stay firmly on the floor, the steps are wide, and I have no hesitation to stand on the top to reach higher.

Let me start of by sharing that this is not my only stool. I keep one in the garage. I keep one in the kitchen. Now I keep one upstairs. That's life at 5'5". Since the upstairs stool will only really get used to clean the fans and change the a/c filter, I didn't feel the need to get something real nice. Well, fortunate for me, I got way more than I expected!!This stool claims to he able to hold 800 lbs. I have no way to test that, but I also don't doubt it. I currently tip the scale at 205 lbs. It is the short, but thick bones, of course. (Not the cookies and cakes) In all seriousness, this stool doesn't budge at all when I climb on. I thought that the plastic steps would be weak. Once they lock down, they are as rigid as could be. The whole stool is. There is zero flexing or groaning of plastic and steel trying to hold together. None of that. No jiggling sounds or feeling of loose components. This stool is SOLID!!! I'm thinking about making it the downstairs stool, but then I'd want it upstairs.My opinion... buy this stool! Unless, maybe, you're 6'11". Then probably don't buy any stool. Otherwise, you can't go wrong.

Very nice standard 2 step folding ladder. I use this all the time in the kitchen to reach the top cabinets. Easy to pull out and use, and fold back up when done. Solid material, doesn't wobble. Able to hold my nephew who's 330 lbs. Really useful.
