My Lense came in poor packaging and was also dirty, inside! cant clean..Looks like plastic fragments on the retical.guess it will still work....

Excellent optics, as I've come to expect from OMAX. I work with botanical specimens which require accurate measurement to within a micrometer or two (fungal spores) in order to make a positive identification. After calibrating my 'scopes using a stage micrometer and the reticle, I'm set to go. If you're unfamiliar with the process, you can find instruction on-line, and YouTube has several videos.
