Great replacement for OEM. With my very basic understanding of electrical was able to wire to my 73 CJ5 with their wiring diagram.

Worked as advertised. Simple installation. Could use an upgraded mount, hose clamp looks cheesy compared to nice looking switch unit. Overall very pleased.

The ground and the blue are swapped. If you do not do this the switch will burn. Took me some time to figure out after dismantling it, otherwise a great replacement.

Easy to install works great. The housing is plastic, and arrived with some scratches. But it works for what I needed it for.

But it's been installed for 4 years and still works. So I can't really complain. Be advised there is no kick back after a turn so youl have to always be vigilant on turning it on and off

This was surprisingly easy to install and works well. I used this with a LED compatible flasher and no problems. I also used a flexible sleeve over the wires to keep everything neat.

These are commonly used on old Volkswagen based dune buggies to handle the fact that there is often one bulb that serves as brake and turn signal lamp. The switch figures out what to do when both a brake signal and turn signal are sent and allows one side to stay on (brakes) while the other flashes. Unfortunately, no matter what turn signal flasher I tried (all electronic) , the switch did not provide the resistance needed to activate the flasher. I could eliminate the flasher and send an on signal successfully, but could never get a flash. I returned and will try the other option (trailer wire converter) otherwise, I will have to add separate turn signals. ALSO, this thing is bulky. Make sure you have adequate clearance on your steering column to fit the bulky chrome housing. Mine had a bracket that would have forced me to angle the signal arm pointing about 7 o'clock instead of 9 o'clock. Not a big issue for a dune buggy... But may bug some people.

This replaced a switch on a full size van. Obviously looks odd, but works fine. This will not self-cancel. Basic operation fine. Only real negative is wiring diagram is very bad, does not explain purpose of all wires, and does not show internal connections to adapt this to different vehicle systems. Mine only worked by trial and error, and the working hookup is not the same as instructions show.
