Installed on ‘97 TJ. Hard top rear wiper/washer wasn’t working, replaced the switch and both now working. This was an easy install, the button looks slightly different than stock but not very noticeable.

My new switch fit beautifully in my '99 Jeep Wrangler TJ as predicted by the fit checker. BUT - while the HI/LOW switch work beautifully - The intermittent switch doesn't work, which is the whole reason I purchased the switch. Trying to figure out how to swap it out with the warrantee, and will update my review when/if I am successful.EDIT: My new switch was sent very quickly, and I made the change. But - the intermittent switch still is not working. After more research, it appears I need to change out the windshield wiper motor as well as the switch, since the motor I have has never had the intermittent feature. I will be sending both parts back as I do not feel comfortable changing the motor myself.

Not sure on longevity yet, but I installed this switch today and my rear wiper motor came back to life. Unlike the one I replaced, this one automatically resets off of spray mode (it pops back when you stop depressing it). Not sure if that was a symptom of failure on the old switch, or just how the OEM switch worked, but happy to see it working again. Easy fix.

I bought this to fix the rear wiper on my 2002 Jeep Wrangler. The washer function worked but the wiper didn't and the original switch didn't stay locked in the "ON" position when pressed so I knew it was bad. Just wasn't sure if that was the only problem I had with the wiper not working. Ordered one of these, popped out the old switch, put this one in, and now I got a fully functional rear wiper again. Easy install and looks and fits just like the original. Sure beats taking the thing in to the dealer and having them charge you $200 or $300 in parts you don't need. DIY rocks!
