For some people this is probably a good solution for a weightroom floor. The mats are very heavy duty, thick and hard. But if you are a person who gets on the floor a lot to stretch and whatnot, you will most likely need to put a softer mat on top of the rubber mats. But I do think this would be good for anyone wanting a solid hard floor covering that is quick to install and durable

Very happy with this product. Thicker than I expected. Very dense rubber. Nice pattern with gray flecks.
