This stand is universal for all standard speaker cabinets with 1 3/8 inch upper shaft and a 1 1/2 inch adapter. The tripod folding base has non-slip rubber feet for added stability, and folds flat for traveling from gig to gig.

There is not much to say about it. If you need an affordable speaker stand then this is your stand. I bought them to do one job and then I plan on getting higher quality stands for my speakers. I will then use these stands and put a speaker stand scrim on it and light it up.

I managed to catch these stands on sale over Christmas and decided to buy a couple. My wife needed some stands for her Jazzercise class. We were setting up the speakers on folding tables, but decided it was time to be a bit more professional. Please know that I know absolutely nothing about speaker stands, other than the fact that these were perfect for our purposes.These stands are made of steel and are very sturdy. Most of the other stands I'd seen for the price had a number of plastic pieces. This stand is almost completely metal, except for the knob handles (the knob bolts are metal however). I was also not expecting them to be so sturdy. The tripod base adjusts easily and never feels like it is going to move when it is not supposed to. The stand also comes with metal locking pins to give the speaker added security on top. They also fold up easily and store in the closet while taking up little to no space.My ONLY complaint is that these stands are clearly not packaged with shipping in mind. The stand comes in a box, but has no styrofoam or protective covering to prevent it from moving in the box. It seems like the item was packaged to be placed on a store shelf and not sent long distances via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. When the stands arrived, both the boxes were beaten up and one of the stands had a broken knob that tightened the tripod base. It didn't turn out to be much of a problem because On Stage quickly replaced the broken part at no charge.All in all, my wife and I are very happy with these stands. They are built well, easy to move around, and perfect for her class. If we ever buy more speakers, I would definitely consider buying the On Stage brand stands. However, I might try to find them in a music store rather than have them shipped by Amazon.
