Arrived cracked and scratched. Standard acoustic guitar doesn’t fit. Seller did not respond to multiple return requests. Look elsewhere!!

We got our on time. Although the packaging was well done, our product was still damaged. There’s cracks in between the acrylic. When you turn the lights on the cracks stand out and are very obvious. For the price of $380, you don’t expect it to come damaged. It’s a cool idea but I wouldn’t recommend buying this. I’m sure there are more affordable products that are similar. We didn’t do a return because we couldn’t wait for a replacement to come in for the guitar we had on hand.

This case is exactly what we were looking for. We did not want the typical display case with red velvet background. The acrylic is updated look and our neon jaguar wallpaper shows through it. It also showcases the guitar beautifully and I love that we can change the color of the light!

First one came broken, was replaced and FedEx repackaged the second one. This display is great for acoustic guitars, not so much for electric guitars. Neck width holder about an inch to far for an electric guitar, will have to make a few modifications.

I needed a display case that was wide enough to accommodate my Eddie Van Halen "Shark" guitar and this beautiful acrylic case did the trick. Because of its see-through design, the Van Halen "Frankenstein" paint scheme on my studio wall doesn't get hidden, which is another reason I bought this case. The case is well constructed as felt by its weight and sturdiness, though I wish it had a rubberized guitar mount instead of an acrylic one. I wound up putting some foam tape around the holder so the guitar neck was resting on something soft. One of the best features is the LED lights that are built right into the base of the case. The remote has 7 color options and you can control the different lighting effects among other things. Other things to note is that customer service was AWESOME when I messaged them thinking they forgot to pack the LED lights ( they didn't forget, I forgot they were built in =) and the case came well packaged (double boxed) and within 4 days of ordering it! In the end, I have a sweet display case that shelters a guitar replica from the greatest guitarist who ever lived. RIP Ed!
