These are good valves when they work. Not rated for outdoor storage during cold winter months to -20F because the electronics are designed to withstand these temperatures. Drip Store replaced items under warranty, however for the price they should last longer that one year. When the display screen has condensation on the plastic cover you lose the ability to see what you have programmed. Good customer service from the Drip Store.

I bought 5 of these and 2 of the systems did not work more than a week. The solar cells failed. Also they required extra work to keep from leaking. I would definitely not buy this product if there were a good alternative.
