It’s hard to get right but works to darken room. I think it could be cheaper for the value for money. It looks ok but I wouldn’t want it in a main living level. Decent for privacy.

It does not stick to the window. The instructions say, “peel off protective backing” but there is no backing. It initially sticks to the window as is but falls off. You have to basically tape it up to the window. It does work to block out some of the sun / heat.The instructions are poor and it does not stick to the window.

I received this "One Way Privacy Window Film,Window Tint for Home Office,Daytime Window Film See Out Not in,Static Cling Reflective Heat Control Sun Blocking Window Privacy Film" to try. I've used various types of these clings before around my house for privacy. I think it's a great value for the amount I received (118") - the variety I picked out was just a plain frosted color, which has a slight blue white tint, versus a warm white tint (it could also be the lighting and paint colors in my room). It came with an EXTREMELY sharp razor blade for cutting and a great tool for smoothing out the bubbles. Alas, My windows are still covered in micro bubbles - this is likely user error on my part, which is why I didn't subtract any stars. The product itself is great and is an easy way to upgrade/update a space while giving privacy.

Immediate relief from the heat. Our windows are so big in our house that the heat from the sun made it uncomfortable. We put the window film on and felt the temperature drop in the room. And the house looks good from outside as well.

Does the job great! I received a rather small sample size so I could not finish the two side windows. I'll be ordering more to finish a few more windows. The product cuts easily and comes with the necessary tools. This should help us greatly to resolve the blazing heat of our west facing windows that make the front rooms impossible to stay in for long. . It was easy to put up. I would recommend this to black out windows. From the outside it looks good too. It's priced very affordable. Thumbs up.Update: So I placed and order for additional blackout film. But instead I received reflective film. I really needed the blackout film so I can complete the project and block out a couple more side windows. I'll keep the reflective film they sent for other windows. It's a little frustrating to not get the product I requested. Hoping I can find black out film elsewhere and that it will match this other brand texture which is a tad sparkliy on the inside.
