This tent is easy to put up and holds very small to fit in a gear bag. This is about as minimalist as it gets for a tent capable to fitting 2 people. The netting is effective at keeping bugs and small animals out white the use of a tarp can make it waterproof.

Great ultralight trekking pole tent, especially for the price. Easy to set up, no leaks if your tarp is not leaking, great airflow, no worries about insects and the good sized bathtub style floor helps keep you dry when it rains. Quality zippers and seems. No bad stitching or loose threads. Love the color.I wish they sold a tent like this made to go on an ultralight cot (with extendable legs)... HINT for any One Wind executives reading this.... That would be prefect. A single person cot with a bug proof, ultralight trekking pole tent and waterproof tarp... all under 5lbs... I would buy that

This is an awesome tent if you want to sleep under the stars or set up between two trees with a canopy. It's got a nice design that allows the bathtub to sit up nice and taught. The radius of the guy lines in the corner is not super optimal, but if you're putting up a canopy, they're going to have guy lines around all corners anyway. The tent allows you to open the end like a tunnel entrance tent and also lets you open the entire side for sitting by a lake, or river, or a fire, or a scenic view. It can be set up with trekking poles, or between two trees. It's not super wide so it could be used as a 2 person in a pinch but it's mostly a 1 person tent. It's roomy as a 1. and I'd call it a 1.5 person tent. You likely couldn't fit 2 full sized pads with any elbow room. You might be able to fit in 2x25 inch pads if you're okay with them being pressed up against each other and touching both sides of the tent.Great tent for use with a canopy or rainfly of some sort (not included) and has a decent bathtub so no rain splash should get up and in, as long as you cover the whole perimeter of the tent with rain coverage and don't' get any direct hit from rain. The zippers work well and function well with one hand. I have no complaints, other than it being a little susceptible to wind since the bathtub corners are held in place with shock cord and can flex pretty heavily distorting the sides in the wind.

Is the overall quality is good. But would not consider this lite wieght as advertised . But is very budget friendly for beginners . It was a very simple setup if you have any tent experience . Just remember you need trekking pole for set up . The tub design is a good idea for rain . My only problem is it should have came with a rain fly or trap . When I am backpacking I always have some sort of rain fly with my tent and a foot print for the tent. I would definitely consider getting a second one if it came with a rain fly and foot print .

I took this out a few times to pitch it under a camping tarp/shelter. One time was paired either a tarp from the same brand. I have used mesh before, but never really constructed as an inner net shelter like this. I do like that it is super lightweight (but not up to ultralight standards). It packs easily and rolls back up to stow in its bag. I used it with my generic hiking poles and it was just fine.You might need some experience in the outdoors for understanding how to set it up, so practice before you go out and it won't let you down. You CAN make your own poles in the field, but again... practice.With that said, you can indeed soo out of the mesh even though it does provide a bit more cover than you'd think. You can feel air, but it isn't incredibly breathable, which is the desired balance for my taste.No bugs! Zero! That's a win and why I got it. I love it.

This has got to be the best value tent I've found for this specific use-case. I have owned a couple onewind hammocks in the past and I usually part with them during seasons I don't need them, and I never end up getting them back because the borrowers love them so much! This tent is no exception, packing an excellent two-person solution into a compact travel size. Durable silnylon makes up the majority of this solution which means lightweight but durable, and will work with your existing tarps to provide overhead cover. Being covered but still getting to see the stars is a beautiful thing I have taken for granted more than once but no longer with this tent. It works great with my existing trekking poles and I'm looking forward to many more trips with it.

This is very well made. I've had other mosquito net tents that haven't lasted due to the thinner materials, but this one feels more durable. It's lightweight and good for hiking out with. I got mine to put under a tarp in the warmer months, so I haven't had a chance to use it outdoors yet, but we have been playing around with it inside the house (kids have been using it as a fort of sort in the basement) and it's holding up pretty well. Excited to put this to use in the woods this summer.

In a pinch, I'm sure this would serve its intended purpose. It's very light and would do well to keep insects out. However, beyond that, I wouldn't trust it in wind, rain, snow, or anywhere outside for that matter. My son is currently using this to "camp out" in his room. It's well crafted in that it's easy to set up and take down, but as for using this in any sense of an outdoor camping trip; I'd look elsewhere.
