The install was surprisingly easy. The running boards came with clear, step-by-step instructions, and all the mounting hardware lined up perfectly with my Ram’s frame. I’m no mechanic, but I had them bolted on in about an hour with just basic tools. The fitment was spot-on—no wobbling or weird gaps, just a seamless connection that made it look like they came straight from the factory.These running boards have made my Ram 1500 more practical and sharper-looking, and I’m really happy with them. If you’ve got a 5th gen and you’re thinking about adding some running boards, I’d say go for it—they’re a solid upgrade that ticks all the right boxes.

I liked the look of these steps and the price seemed great. They arrived earlier than expected, but both steps were dented on the side. The shipping package was in great condition, so this looks to be a defect from the manufacturer. I attempted a return, but would have to pay for return shipping. Due to the weight I would have to pay $80 to return and be subject to a restocking fee if Onine felt the product was used or if I damaged it. I should have paid a little more and went with a quality product.Updated to 3 stars due to the seller contacting me to try and resolve the issue. I was issued a partial refund for the damaged steps.

They look good. Easy to put on once you put the brackets together. Would give it 5/5 stars but the paint/coat on the rails isn’t very high quality and I do wish the nuts and bolts were blacked out

Received these 4 days early to start which was awesome! My first truck and I’m slowly making upgrades to make it a little more personal. Got these in and within about an hour and a half, it was fully installed and ready to roll. Seems like the instructions were custom to the vehicle type as I watched a video prior to getting them that showed threaded holes in the body for putting bolts into. Only thing that confused me was it mentioned the need for a 10mm socket and wrench but never used it.Seems Saturday and I’d buy it again!

The instructions were a bit difficult for me to understand at first, but once I figured them out instalation was a breeze. A single person can install these if necessary, but an extra set of hands made things a lot easier. They are a bit on the noisy side when going through water. I haven't had any ice build up on them yet, but they seem like a good, slip resistant surface. Highly recommend

Ordered and installed this week. Took about 40 minutes. Use a hand ratchet not an impact. Broke a few cheap bolts…. Painted all hardware after install and so far I like the look and they seem pretty solid getting in and out. The louvered design compliments the hood on my new Ram!

When we began installing the running boards on our 2019 Ram 1500 we noticed that the bolts on the truck were installed backwards so the last bracket didn't fit properly. We messaged the company and offered to send us a new set of brackets to fix the issue. The new brackets arrived within 3 days and we were able to find one that fit. The boards look great, feel sturdy and are easy to clean and care for.

Honestly for the money and quality 100% recommend! Not sure why people are saying flimsy? They are sturdy and the texture provides good enough grip. Super easy to install took me 1 hrs 30 min. Never installed running boards before and was told that is a fast install.
