The flags I received were two different materials and two different lengths. I had to go to another site to pull heat/time settings for the flags. I messed up one side of the first flag because the settings were incorrect. I figured out the correct settings on the other side but decided to make a second flag that would have both sides correct. The second flag was a different material when I opened the package and the settings I had figured out with the first one were incorrect and the second flag was ruined as well. I will not be purchasing from this retailer again.
