I'm happy with the product. My only complaint, and we'll see how it plays out, is the burner may be a bit too basic for paella. May or may not evenly heat.

I received the cooker yesterday and I thought I would clear up a few things that I read in the reviews and give my impressions.First of all the cooker seems to be well built. It’s sturdy but still light enough to take camping.It takes maybe 10 minutes to assemble which is not bad.It can be taken apart for transport but it would be easier to leave it together.There has been a lot of discussion about the pan.The pan seems to be very good quality but I don’t think it’s really cast iron. To me it looks like a carbon steel pan.In my opinion that’s actually better. Carbon steel has the same cooking properties as cast iron yet lighter. Imagine trying to take a 21 inch cast iron pan camping.I would definitely recommend this product. It’s exactly what I wanted.

This a must have. Love that I can make a whole meal for 10 or more people if I choice too. So easy to use, easy clean up, very sturdy.

These skillet is wonderfully large and seems to be well made. My only issue with the design is that the heat is concentrated in a small area below the skillet. You have to constantly stir and rotate things to keep the middle from burning and to also cook food on the outer area.

Great value for the money. I can turn it down enough to cook eggs and pancakes on it. It's susceptible to wind though which makes it tougher to cook in windy and winter (below freezing) conditions.It also doesn't pack down very small making it not that portable. I would buy again though.
