Does the job and just fits Anova oven but the stainless is low grade metal.

Difficult to find the mid-sized, stainless steel pan to fit into my stove's lower storage drawer. I must place pan horizontally in this drawer, reducing room for other pans, but I can nestle another pan into it. Handles are helpful.

It seems sturdy and I like the rack that fits inside. I'll use it this Friday and see how my turkey turns out. I did cook a turkey in it and it turned out perfectly. Would recommend to a friend.

This is nice. I wish I had seasoned it before using. Lighter weight steel, still very sturdy, wash and dry asap. I left some gravy in overnight (yep, I was lazy and didn't do dishes.) and as a result it has a permanent raised white stain around the pan where the gravy was. So DO wash and dry asap! I do wish I had gotten the one with a lid. When covering is required (usually) it is a pain to wrap foil around those handles, especially when they're hot. Nonetheless, it's being used regularly with no warping or bending. Does a great job of heating evenly.

I will begin by saying that I first purchased another pan with a ceramic coating. When we got it, it was chipped, and it had lots of nooks and crannies in the lip that could catch food and be impossible to get at to clean (think mile high lasagna). If you’re curious , you can read my scathing review in my profile.All that said, I am VERY happy with this stainless steel pan. The handles are screwed into the lip in such a way that they do not take up more valuable space on either end. That’s important if you are trying to find a perfect fit for a large toaster oven with about 15 1/2 to 16 inches with and/or depth. This pan fit in our oven like the perfect puzzle piece.Clean up is a breeze, although in some cases you might want to save yourself some cleaning work by using aluminum foil or parchment paper as a lining.This pan can withstand high temperatures as well... that’s a consideration if you want to broil something. Pyrex, for example, should not be used in a 450-500 degree oven setting.I highly recommend this piece. It will serve you well and it will become one of your best “go to” kitchen tools.
