Nice pizza oven; just make sure you order either propane OR natural gas. Double check your order before placing order.

I ordered a Natural Gas Ooni 16” oven, and they shipped a LPG (Liquid Propane Gas) model. Of course they paid for return shipping and shipped me the correct model, BUT i was required to send them photos of their mistake, and i was required to pack up the incorrect model and drive it to the local UPS store (which was NOT EASY, given the box size and weight). Ooni should have sent a complimentary accessory or something for the trouble caused by their mistake. Ya know, it’s not like they have dozens of models of ovens, so this type of mistake should never happen.
