SPANK PROPRIETARY BLENDED ENRICHED ALLOY.
Super-6 Aluminum is a specially blended, highly magnesium-silicon enriched, work hardened alloy that offers the perfect mix of hardness, yield, fatigue life, and a superior ultimate tensile strength to standard 6 series alloys. It is ideal for the creation of thin walled, super stiff handlebars. Through recent adoption of Super-6 materials and other enriched blends, SPANK's SPIKE, and OOZY handlebars are now strong, and show greater resistance to deformation than ever before.
3D CNC PRECISION BENDING.
SPANK went the extra mile in our handlebar production facility by investing in automated Three Dimensional CNC Bending machines, which offer better symmetry and consistency, and more importantly limit material structural damage during the bending process. The precision of 3D CNC Bending in a single fixture allows SPANK to optimize our designs. The process eliminates the need for heavy grinding process, making our bars lighter, stronger, and safer.
MICRO GRAIN REFINEMENT PROCESSED ALLOYS.
Dual XGT technology tapers our bars from the thickest area at the bar clamping zone, slowly and gradually through the bend zones, to the thinnest areas at the control zones and back to the thicker reinforced barend zones, or “Impact Ends”.
This precision process eliminates stress zones where breaks can occur. SPANK has utilized FEA (Finite Element Analysis), laboratory, and rigorous real world testing to optimize the spread of material to where needed to withstand the specific forces at work in each zone, while offering better safeguard against crashes than ever before.
EXTREME GRADUAL TAPER TECHNOLOGY.
Processes such as extrusion, forging and tube drawing can increase the strength of alloy materials by reducing the grain size. SPANK uses state of the art proprietary metal forming methods which further improve grain size consistency and orientation, and significantly reduce grain size beyond that of our competitors. No other bars or rims are subjected to the number of drawing steps or level of refinement as those offered by SPANK. This leads to greater ultimate strength, toughness, and ductility ... meaning confidence, comfort and safety.

I bought this one for my e scooter mainly to reduce the vibrations which it did but i also didn’t realize I needed a longer handle bar which this one was and i made my rides more confortable as well as i can perfectly set my rear view mirrors and other accessories perfectly truly a game changer plus it looks great!

Noticeably reduced numbness in hands. Bars are almost as light as carbon. Big upgrade over stock bar that came on my 2021 jeffsy

I tried these bars over stock 'flat' bars for my Schwinn Axum 29. Seems to do a good job cancelling out most vibrations with a stock fork. My hands are less fatigued after the normal ride. Price is high, but worth it.BTW, the wall thickness of the bars is very thin, about 1/2 of stock steel bars. Use a torque wrench when tightening the stem to these bars, etc... Also note that the 'normal' bar end caps will not work with these bars. Grips, etc work without issue. Even though the bars are thin walled tubing, they seem very strong and stiff as compared to the stock bars. They are extremely lightweight as well.

I'm always searching for something to help relieve the pain of arthritis in my hands while I ride. Being desperate for any kind of solution or improvement I thought I would give these a try. They actually work and help deliver a more comfortable and less painful ride. I have put them on a full suspension and a hardtail and I'm in the process of converting my other bikes to this handlebar.

If you ride mountain bikes and experience any pain, loss of strength or fatigue in your hands and arms after a ride, you NEED these.At 52, I started mountain biking. Maybe not the most recommended sport for a middle aged man, but I live biking. A friend of mine took me under his wings, showed me the ropes, and continues to challenge me to hit more and more intense trails. I can’t get enough of it.However, early on I started having hand and arm issues after the ride. It started with tingling and loss of strength in my hands and forearms, but progressed to elbow pain too. In passing my buddy recommended the vibrocore bars. I made the leap and am so glad I did. No pain, no tingling, and no loss of strength. Every part of the ride is incredibly enjoying now.If you don’t have these on your mountain bike, you’re missing out on a pleasant ride!!!

Cut them down to 760mm width no issues. I’ve taken them on the few rides now and one downhill park. So far I’m a big fan of the vibrocore! There’s a more muted feel from the bars some people might like it or hate but I ended up buying another pair for my second bike.
