This Jon MFB Extended Reach Dual Head Air Chuck has good quality machining with no rough or sharp edges. It is designed to fit on 1/4” NPT threads. The Y section is made of steel and the 2 chuck valves themselves are brass. This is an open type chuck designed to be used with an inflator control valve as mostly shown in my second photo.

I am impressed with the manufacturing quality of the metal this is built from. The stem is a nice polished brass with what appears to be a polish that will protect it from wear and corrosion and has the pressure limitation scribed on the finish. The chuck is smoothly machined and has a nice feel of high quality. It worked perfectly, I had been frustrated with a low quality lever attachment to the valves, it was taking me a half dozen attempts to get a seal. This chuck pushes directly onto the valve for a totally tight, no leak seal the first time and every time. Problem solved, I love it, no more frustration just to get a connection. When it is off of the valve, to blow air, the air comes out of the last used opening, so if I used the straight out connection last that is where blowing air will come out.

I got this extended reach dual head air chuck since I have a few cars that have a type of deep rim that makes it hard to get a smaller chuck on the air nipples. This worked great to fill a few tires so far! Just hook up the proper type of adapter on the end of it and start filling tires. The construction of the chuck is very high quality. I'd recommend it to mechanics, do it yourselfers, and other people who would need a high quality air chuck. 5 stars

This is replacing a a worn out single end on a inflator that I couldn’t find replacement seals for. I don’t need the dual end Y, but it won’t cause me any problems.I ordered the 6” version and it is as heavy duty as the ones I use on commercial truck tires, but does not lock on the valve stem.It seals with light pressure and is fine for auto and light truck tires that take a short time to fill.

The one I received was completely defective. Valve at end blew air endlessly and would not shut off. I have returned it.

I bought this “open” chuck to more easily reach and fill the rear dual tires on my motor home. Well built and works great
