Gave it a try since it's the only self-cleaning litter box that comes in black color (goes better with my furniture than white sore thumb). So far, so good. My teenager was able to set it up, and I needed a few minutes to figure out the app, but if you follow the provided instructions, it will all make sense. Both my kitties are already using it. Will update the review if there are any issues in the future.

I've tried setting up an account on the app. It always shows me this picture on both pages. How the earth am I suppose to read this when I can't even see it. It's a nice machine but it's not worth it. Not even any customer support whatsoever when I emailed them 4 times

It's works pretty good. Overall it beats poop scooping the manual way. I never want to go back to that mess again. I do like my other two automatic litter boxs better they're a different brand and were about $50.00 more. I bought this one because it was a little bit cheaper. I do really like that its one piece and very easy to clean. The litter sticks inside the tub on this one. I sprayed some not stick cooking spray on it and that helped. Looking for a better clumping litter hoping that will be even better.

If you’re looking for a basic features unit this is it. It’s mediocre at best in just about every way. The great idea of having a no seam drum is amazing… but the texture of the drum causes clumping to stick. No matter the litter it always needs me to scratch it off. The WiFi is simple to connect, but the app is useless. It’s not translated in sections and has no helpful user functionality. The app makes you feel like your lost in a sea of setting screens.Overall the build quality is okay. The seals around the drum are tight but the drum its self makes contact as it rotates which creates binding. The motors seem undersized creating what can only be described as a whine as they move. The first unit had a control board that was bad and wouldn’t function at all. When my second unit arrived the shaft attached to the motor freely spun. I was able to take the first unit and use the board from the second to create one perfect unit. The design is off the mark in just a few other spots too. The used litter catch is shaped so that the smallest section is where the litter drops but has no way to move it meaning it require changing far before its filled.Overall it’s okay. For the cost it’s an option.

Works better than I thought the app is a little lacking but I didn't buy it for the app I bought it to clean the litter. The holes for the sifter is a little large wish they were smaller.

This litter box fits a big cat BUT it is awful. The inside of the box grips ALL litter when the cat pees so you have to scrape it loose. It has a tiny receptacle so even with one cat, I have to empty every two days. I have had several self cleaning litter boxes and this one is absolutely the worst. Stay away if you don’t want your cat box to cause more work rather than less. Does not work well at all! Design is awful. Litter box smell is INCREASED with this box and was a waste of $200.

So far so good, we had a little bit of an issue at first but once we reset it everything has been working good. Notice this item sells for quite a bit more on other sites and had good reviews so went ahead and tried it.
