The first 15" woofer went easy. The second, not so much. Glued it up, but the voice coil rubbed, no matter how I positioned it. Pulled it off before the glue completely set. Cleaned it up and tried again. Seemed ok, but as it dried, again noise from rubbing. Pulled it again and cut out the dust cap and shimmed the voice coil and the inner magnet. Glued it, let it sit.... son of a gun still rubbing. This time getting the surround off was not as easy, but this foam is tough, and with a razor knife it came off.4th time was the charm.... and even with all these efforts, there is still plenty of glue.The fact that I attached this surround 4 times without tearing it is a testament to the quality.I highly recommend this kit.

This product was everything as the package and advertisement showed, I wish I had a before picture because the foam was totally disintegrated on the old as the speakers are over 25 years old and now they sound like brand new!

Rebuilt my Optimus 1000 speakers. The kit was as advertised and my speakers sound like new again. Used both the 15” woofer kit and the 5” mid range foam. The hardest part was the removal of old foam and glue.

Was able to repair my old Pro 4000 series speakers that had aged to the point of the foam baffles rotting out. The instructions were clear to read and understand, and there was more than enough included adhesive to complete to project successfully.

My 30 year old speakers started to sound fuzzy. I noticed the foam ring was bad. This kit was easy to use and my speakers are like new.

Product was exactly as described, worked great. Made my speakers sound like new ! Did take a little longer to install, but makes a huge difference in speaker sound. Well worth the time and money. Great product and fast shipping, too.
