It fits fine and is easy to install but if your buying this thinking its going to make your mower quieter it wont. Well i guess it would if you were running an open exhaust but aside from that dont expect any significant decrease in noise from your mower.

The muffler on my 1993 rear engine snapper was rusted and the paint was coming off. It was really loud due to the inner baffles being rusted out. This muffler was just like the factory one and really helped my mower not be as loud!

This muffler fit my 1990 Snapper Model 30127BE with a 12HP Series 7 Briggs & Stratton Engine perfectly. What more can I say?

Needed to replace the muffler on our 12 Year Old Snapper Riding Mower. Looking for an inexpensive after market replacement as the manufacturer no longer offers the assembly. Found this unit and am pleased. Well constructed and easy to install. The muffler works well.
