I bought these to separate out as gifts for some family and friends. On arrival the box was in good shape so I didn't bother to check inside. I had my wife open the box a few days later and individually wrap the cups when we noticed one was damaged. Luckily I only needed 3 for the gifts and was planning on keeping one myself. The cup still holds liquid, just very unsteady when set down. Another note, these cups stink horribly of lubricant chemicals likely used when pressing the cups. I had to "burn" them out in the oven and wash with straight vinegar while hot to remove them. I set the cups in the oven on 350 for 20 minute cycles and rinse with vinegar. Takes 3-4 cycles minimum to remove the smell/taste.

Items arrived in good condition and on time. The cup is an 18oz and fits with the Stanley Cup cooks at well.

If you like you coffee 3rd degree burn hot ,like me . these cups transfer heat to the metal real easy and burn my lips when try to drink coffee the wayI like it
