I have always been a coffee drinker, but having more than 1 cup a day hurt my tummy. I decided to look for a healthy, clean tea. This tea fits the bill! It is organic and loose leaf (which is a must health wise; you do not want the chemicals that is sprayed on the crop nor the from the tea bag). It tastes good, does not upset my stomach even after 2 cups. It also more relaxing. With coffee, I get the clear head and productivity I want in the morning, but with this tea, I get the calm, comfortable relaxing feeling I want (you know when you want to reflect on the day and step back and get perspective on life). I am so happy I did not give up on tea:)
