Tipu’s Chai stands apart as a fresh, bold alternative to coffee and tea. We blend our own mix of real spices and high quality Indian tea to create a comforting balance of spiciness and depth. We use only the highest quality natural ingredients and never any chemical additives or artificial flavorings. The founder of Tipu’s Chai, Bipin Patel served his grandmother’s recipe in his popular Missoula, Montana Indian restaurant in 1997. It was in such demand that he was soon selling it to other restaurants, local businesses and coffee shops. In 2007, Bipin sold the restaurant to focus his efforts on sharing his grandmother’s special recipe with the world.

I tried this chai several years ago at one of our local coffee shops and was hooked ever since! It's really delicious and I like the spicy notes to it. The only complaint I have is their new inside packaging. I received 3 boxes with the recent order and one got ripped during shipping and chair was all over the box. The rest of them were fine but inside packaging gets ripped just after one or two uses and I had to transfer the chai contents to a zip lock. Really hoping new packaging won't stay long.

I make enough for 3 days and refrigerate in the large glass bottles the tipu company provides. I like mine iced with whole milk and everyone I make one for loves it.

This chai tea powder is the best I have come across yet. It is very aromatic and strongly spiced. This version contains sugar, the sweetness level is ok (way less than most coffee shops).There’s also a different version from this company without sugar.

If you don't mind using a powder to make your chai, this is the best base for a hot or cold chai I've come across in years. It's stellar . . . just the perfect amount of sugar and spice, and the spice, I think, is what really differentiates this blend. Kudos to Tipu. I'm a fan, and I now a loyal customer. Cheers!

This was hands down the strongest caffeinated chai I have tried. I made it on ice and was seriously buzzed for hours after this. Very high quality and mixes easily with hot water then pour your choice of milk on. Has sugar but not too much just the right amount. Not sickeningly sweet like David Rio Tiger Spice or Starbucks chai. The spices in Tipus are nice and spicy. I like this need a larger quantity the box goes too fast.

The best Chai I have ever tasted. Highly recommend as I've tried a lot of different brand Chais.Tipu also makes a decaffeinated version I love too.The grains are pretty small, which makes it release a lot of flavor. But it does clog up my strainer. I'm looking for the right size strainer now so it doesn't get clogged.All in all, I am a super Chai lover, and this is best! Great freshly ground spicy flavor.
