The printer was fine, but this application completely ruined it. It's very frustrating that I can't do what I need to do. I have been trying to figure out how to add text to create my own tags. I need to customize every few tags. Every time I click on the text, then input the content I need to input, and then click OK, no text is displayed on the label. I'm using a Chromebook and this application doesn't run on the Chromebook either. It's completely a waste of time and money, which is very frustrating. I not only spent a lot of money on the printer, but also on the labels

I bought this smaller printer and hope to put it in a small room so that I don't have to go to the big printer far away. This printer is rubbish! You have to frequently use this application to access its functions, which is a headache-inducing issue because I don't just carry my phone with me, but this morning is crucial. I tried to print the document from the actual printer instead of the application. The printer refused to print because there was an error message.

This is a simple, easy to use label maker. It it compact and also came with a roll of tape. I ordered this because it claimed that you can print photos and images from a phone. Unfortunately, it was unable to print any images - it printed a bunch of jammed up lines. It prints text fine, so that's all I'll be using it for.

It's really bad. It runs very slowly, wasting a lot of my time and the connection is not smoothI never provided the above evaluation of the item listed here. Someone used my account credit card to send me this items and three other items. If this happens to me again I will cancel my Mazon Account. Plus I do not appreciate running all over Dallas Texas and Mesquite Texas to return items I did not order.

Gosh I so desperately want to like this but I am so frustrated because I cannot figure out which replacement labels would work with this printer.Understand that because it’s a fully enclosed machine there is a limitation on the size (as is quantity) of labels which can fit in the machine. And I scoured the listing and their website and still cannot find the specifications of labels that will work.So unfortunately, as much as the label prints beautifully and the price is amazing. I cannot keep this because I would have no idea what labels to replace the original ones after I run out.

I could not connect it to my laptop. Google Chrome have trouble connecting the machine to my laptop, but it works with my phone really good.

This marker for printing labels, stickers is an indispensable thing in the office. I have long dreamed of buying one for myself so as not to use third-party services. Print, stick and everything is ready. The print quality is perfect!
