It works well most of the time. I have had it be a little flaky sometimes but cannot be sure if the problem was the usb device plugged into it or the computer. I also had some issues with how short the cord was for it although it is exactly what the ad says. It’s really for laptop use not desktop use which is how I wanted to use it.

This USB C docking station gives the initial impression of being very "gimmicky" - the transparent casing around the electrocis projects a distinctly late 90s geeky feel.It has most of the ports that you would expect, but the most glaring omission is the lack of a second USB C port. If you have a device that has just one USB C port, and you use it for this dock, then you no longer have anywhere to plug in external drives (the sole USB C port on the dock is occupied by the power input). the ad actually says "three different USB C ports but there aren't, there is one flying USB C able and two ports

This works well for everything I have tried - keyboard, mouse, monitor, memory card, etc etc. It works powered using an external usb c power and without. One caveat. If you are going to rely on your computer for power and want to use an extension cable, you may have to try different ones. Two worked and two did not for me.

This little thing is everything they said it was. I tested every port and they all work perfectly. I'v use it to drive a wide screen monitor, two external SSDs, a mouse & keyboard, and two different memory cards.All this for under $10!
