This is a very practical tool to stand to do yard work, paint walls, hang art work. I was very pleased to find one that had a little wider area to stand on. Reasonably priced. Fast shipping.

Have not used it yet but the listing on Amazon states 330 lbs capacity but the actual product clearly has max load at 300 lbs. I may not have purchased if the listing was accurate.

I have a deck and porch that I stain and they both involve a bit of height and some uneven terrain. I wanted something that had adjustable legs that would let me better deal with slope, was reasonably lightweight so preferably aluminum, and ideally multipurpose so I could get additional use out of it.This platform checks all the boxes. I have been using it more as a bench for my miter saw even though I originally thought that kind of use would be secondary. It could be a little more solid but it is not flimsy and it is stable. I am happy with the sturdiness considering more sturdiness would require more weight and I like how lightweight it is. It's great that it folds up for easy storage. It's important to distribute your weight intelligently and not tempt fate by doing things that might cause it to tip over but I think that's a reasonable expectation when you're up on a folding aluminum platform. It's far more stable than other narrower platforms I've seen. Some are as narrow as 12" which is pretty minimal. This thing is much wider. The width also makes it a useful bench/table. I would not use my miter saw on one of the 12 or 14 inch wide ones I've seen. This one is perfect for my saw in addition to being a safer, more stable platform when standing on it.Overall it's a great buy and I will be getting lots of use out of it as a workbench between staining projects. It would even make a great camp table for the good old Coleman 2-burner or similar. Very versatile item.

I purchased this platform to help with using a hedger shaping a very tall hedge. I like the versatility of the platform. Leg lock mechinision has a spring that looks ike will not stand the test of time. Very light weight. Time will tell.

I love the size and functionality. I’ve backed up to admire my work before and chaos ensued. This is wide enough to prevent that SNAFU and super easy to move around. I’m a giant, weighing in at 100 lbs so dragging things around easily is important for me as is stability and this is stable. I couldn’t have designed it better myself.

Works great, originally bought to use outside for trimming the hedge, found so many other uses since. Height adjustment is a bit difficult if you don't have the hand strength to press the buttons in to slide the legs.

I bought this table to do a few projects. When it arrived w unboxed it. The first thing my wife said was that will work for grooming he puppies so I set it up on the lower height. Our older dog immediately stood up on the side. We put a towel on the bench and he jumped right on it without any encouragement. Our little guy did the same thing. I expected a work bench and got a grooming stand as well. Thank you so much for a pleasant surprise. I'll be ordering another for a full time grooming stand soon.

this seems like a very well built platform.riveted and braced all over. it is not rock steady (it was also on grass not concrete, so keep that in mind. it is MUCH taller when fully extended than any other platform i could find. the 330lbs weight limit is also great compared to other ladders and platforms (convertable ladders) in this price range of under $130.when fully extended, the legs wiggle. the insert is about 1/8 of an inch smaller than the channel. under load this seems to mostly go away.the pictures i have included are as follows...i fully extended it next to my 1995 tahoe, which is the reason i bought the platform, so i could more easily work in the engine bay.the one with my shoes looking down is my 280lb self testing it out. other than want of a handle or rail to steady myself, it seemed sturdy enough. it felt safe enough to work on, i just need a way to balance myself. it did wobble just a bit, but i reckon the ground had something to do with it. i feel like it supported my weight just fine, without any trouble.the picture of it folded is fully extended. the legs stick out a bit, but it does fold down and the velcro will secure it.the velcro is not very good quality though and i will likely replace it. half of the velcro wont even stick together.the pic with my hand holding a thing is a bolt i had that holds a 9inch clip fan to the clip part. it had a nice handle and happened to be the right size. it is MINE, but i recommend getting a bolt or something because the pins that you have to push in to change the height are VERY HARD to push in. this is good for a safety point, but bad for the fingers, as you have to do this for EACH HOLE and there are several for each leg. other reviews have mentioned this and they are correct. i expected it. it would be nice if the manufacturer would include a tool such as mine to help with this task.the one with the ribs is a better look at the top of the platform to show all of the riveting that is on this platform. i feel like they did a good job and it is NOT cheaply made.the sturdyness is what i would experience from any aluminum a-frame ladder on uneven ground. you feel like you need a spotter (and you should), but its doesnt feel like it will fall over, if you are careful.i have a back injury, so lightweight is important. i only gave it 4 stars there, because it has some weight to it. but given the quality and strength, i feel like it is a trade off. if it was any lighter, it would not be as sturdy. it is only 18.24lbs according to the listing, it is light enough that as long as i am careful, i can move it around with little issues. i can attest that it is definitely under 20lbs.the leg locking mechanism is good quality and design.the hinges are very well pur together.the steps of the ladder are also very strong, and good quality.TL:DRultimately, the size, quality, and versatility of this platform i feel will give me many years of needed reach. i have never heard of this brand (orientools) before, but will be sure to look for it in the future.
