This fork is a vast improvement over a bad suspension fork. The one that came with the bike had a relatively short 80mm of travel and was always sagged about halfway anyways. Steering is a touch snappier but it’s far from nervous. Ride is good, the steel does flex and take out some road chatter, tire selection helps too. The front end is significantly lighter as well.If you’ve got an entry level bike that needs a fork, don’t hesitate to get this one.
