I had been using glass containers, which aside from being heavy didn't seal between compartments as well as I would have liked. I have been using these for a few weeks and they have been perfect. I am not going to claim they are leakproof but I haven't had any spills or any food moving from one section to another. I have found them easy to clean and a good size.
