This particular model lamp is recommended by Mitsubishi. The cost is less expensive and received in a couple of days. The prior lamp I purchased wasn't this brand and lasted only a couple of months.

I simply removed the old lamp and effortlessly installed the replacement which had easier to use captive screws. Everything lined up perfectly and the bulb was super bright like a newer HDTV which is impressive for this 14 year old TV. I would recommend this lamp to anyone needing a new lamp.
