Bought this and only one if the batteries was good. The other one would not charge it kept flashing 2 lights and would not charge

Es original, pero una de las dos baterías inteligentes no se carga, no sirve, por lo tanto lo tuve que devolver y como es un paquete, no se puede cambiar solo la batería que no funciona, hay que hacer la devolución de todo completo.Durante la devolución, me pidieron pagar a mi la devolución, si el producto es original y nuevo, y llega fallado ¿por qué debo pagar yo el envío?

I can’t see how you can have any enjoyment with your drone without having these extra batteries! Just when you are getting comfortable with your flight - battery life jeopardizes the day UNLESS you have a charged up back up ready to go - NOW you do!

Both batteries looked new, and allegedly has zero charging cycles according to the dji fly app. But one battery would not charge at all, not in the charger or when installed in the drone. After connecting to the dji fly app I got an error saying the battery cell was damaged. I've attached screenshots from the app. Overall, based on the sketchy packaging, and 1/2 batteries being DOA, and the batteries taking forever to charge, id avoid. I'll be getting my batteries and charge directly from dji going forward

Brand new DJI gear, extra batteries safely extend your flying time 3x. Charger will also charge your RC, and you can even charge FROM the batteries in the charger TO the RC in a pinch. Small, lightweight, really crucial if you're going to spend more than 20 minutes flying your UA.

The drone battery charger is a good investment for the DJI mini-drones. You really do need to have a couple of extra batteries, since half an hour of drone flight time goes by quickly. This device makes the charging of the batteries and the controller happen quickly and efficiently without a lot of attention.
